Overview

A builder had previously been a first respondent in an unsuccessful case brought by a Strata Company against the Building Commissioner and delivered in Aug 2021. The builder subsequently sought reimbursement of $14,922 which they expended on legal defence fees. The determination (delivered on 03 Nov 21) was partly successful, in that the Strata Company was ordered to pay the builder $6,000 within 28 days.
