Summary

A case that looks at an alteration (Shade cloth gazebo) and considers the definition of the word "structure." Even though this was a rudimentary (almost temporary structure) it was deemed to be a structure and the lot owner had not sought permission prior to the install. An order was made that it had to be removed.
