Summary

The Act sets out the requirement for schemes to raise levies in accordance with unit entitlement. However, if a scheme has passed a resolution to create a by-law (and this is registered with Landgate), the owners may vary this requirement to suit the individual needs of their scheme. This is set out in 100. (1) (c) (ii). See highlighted section below.
