Summary
Owners and occupiers should be able to enjoy their home without noise disturbance from other residents within the scheme.
If you do experience ongoing noise which is affecting your ability to enjoy your home, it's a good idea to keep a log of the incidences of the noise so that it may be used in support of any formal complaint.
Any noise log should have a date, time, and as many details about the noise and where you think it is coming from.
E.g. 21 July 21 / 09:00 - 15:00 / Dog barking / unit 32.
We have a downloadable log that you may use to record the details.
In addition to keeping a written log of disturbances, some residents have made recordings to support their claims and provide audible evidence should the matter be taken further.
