Abode Strata is has gained certification as a business. We were externally audited in May 2021 and it was confirmed that we adhere to the best practice model of running a strata management company. You can read more here.

In addition, we also require all our staff to meet the SCA accreditation standard. There are 4 levels of accreditation and we are proud to confirm that all our staff have met the Accredited Strata Community Manager level or higher. To achieve this, we have all met a minimum standard of education and training, in addition to attending ongoing Strata training events and providing a current (clean) Police Clearance Certificate.
