Summary

When owners are unable to attend meetings personally, they may wish to appoint a proxy to act on their behalf. This could be another owner within the scheme, a friend/relative/associate, or the Chairperson of the meeting.

For this to occur, the owner (s) of the lot must appoint their proxy by completing and submitting their proxy form. This can be submitted ahead of time, or the proxy may bring it to the meeting with them. A blank form is available below. Please print and complete.

Joint owners

Where a lot is owned in joint names and only one owner is attending the meeting, the owner (who is in attendance) must bring a completed proxy form to the meeting (or submit it beforehand). The form must be completed by the owner who will not be in attendance, appointing their co-owner as their proxy.
